I have been pondering as to when I am gonna seriously start my journey. I have done a lot of things before like not eating. Fruit diet. A little exercise and pills. Even injections. My weight has been fluctuating and now I really do need to start and have that motivation and strong will to get what I want. I want to learn discipline and management in dealing with my weight lose. I have been too casual and I badly need to build a good and lasting routine for me to obtain a lasting result.
